Belmont Turf Co., LLC — Terms & Conditions
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Belmont Turf Co., LLC (“Belmont,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms are incorporated into and governed by Belmont’s Residential Lawn Maintenance Service Agreement.
1. Services & Scope
Belmont provides routine residential lawn maintenance services, which include mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing only. Services are coordinated by Belmont and performed by independent service providers.
Services do not include landscaping, shrub or tree trimming, bed maintenance, weed control, chemical treatments, leaf cleanup, debris hauling, irrigation repair, storm cleanup, or any services not expressly listed above unless separately authorized in writing.
2. Service Schedule & Weather
Services are provided on a weekly or biweekly basis during the active growing season, generally March 1 through December 1, depending on weather and turf growth.
Belmont operates by route. Exact service days or times are not guaranteed and may vary due to routing, weather, unsafe conditions, access issues, or other factors beyond our control. Delayed services are not refundable.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to service areas, including:

Removing toys, hoses, furniture, pet waste, and loose debris

Marking sprinkler heads, irrigation components, wiring, and fragile items

Securing pets and keeping people away from work areas
Belmont is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards, pre-existing conditions, or items left in service areas.
4. Payment & Billing
All services require automatic payment with a card on file. Billing occurs on a recurring basis aligned with service start.
Payments are non-refundable once processed. Service credits may be issued at Belmont’s discretion for verified service issues.
5. Optional Add-On Services
Optional services, such as granular fertilizer applications, are provided only if expressly authorized. Pricing may vary per application. No guarantees are made regarding results.
6. Risk & Property Damage
Routine lawn maintenance involves inherent risks, including the possibility of hidden debris being dislodged. Belmont is not responsible for damage caused by:

Hidden or undisclosed debris

Pre-existing property defects
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Weather-related conditions
Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.
7. Independent Contractors
Services are physically performed by independent service providers who are not employees or agents of Belmont. Belmont coordinates services but does not control the day-to-day manner in which field work is performed.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Service agreements have an initial term as outlined in the signed service agreement. Early termination fees may apply. Cancellations must be submitted in accordance with Belmont’s cancellation procedures.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Belmont’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the most recent one (1) month of service. Belmont is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
11. Agreement Supremacy Clause
These Terms & Conditions summarize key service policies. In the event of any conflict, the signed Residential Lawn Maintenance Service Agreement controls.
